Good place have nice view & good service
Royal Lake View Cottage, Mount Abu is truly a very beautiful and charming place. The location of the cottage is excellent — surrounded by peace, greenery, and a stunning view of the lake. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, making it a great choice for families and couples. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and staying close to nature feels really refreshing. For those who love peace and natural beauty, this cottage can be a good option. However, the experience was spoiled because of the caretaker, Sumer Singh. His behavior and work were not satisfactory at all. Neither the quality of food nor the service was good. Even after repeated requests, proper attention was not given, which caused a lot of inconvenience. With such a beautiful property, better service is highly expected. If the management improves the caretaker service, this cottage can become one of the best places to stay in Mount Abu.
Centrally located, excellent staff very courteous, friendly and professional. Breakfast spread was great. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. This was the best hotel we stayed in our trip to Italy. I would definitely recommend and come back to stay with them.
